Sydney just turned 8 years old in December. I am amazed every day with how big she has gotten. When she was 3 years old I would always try to imagine what she would be like when she was 8. Sometimes it was hard to imagine because I was never sure if she would even still be with me. I love this girl and am so blessed to have her in my life. She truly is her own little person.
She is:
super sassy
frilly and fashionable
stubborn and determined
a great singer
tech savvy
a true tomboy at heart
resistant to getting her photo taken
She loves:
Saying hi to everyone we pass
playing with friends
ice cream
making goodies
spending money
puppies and kittens
snuggling with stuffed animals
dancing and singing
nickel arcade
She is so pretty! I hope you get to keep her forever! Have you heard anything more about adopting her?

That picture of Syd on the bottom left is totally capulates the essence of her sassiness! This is how she is going to look when she turns 16! :) You did such a good job with the pictures you took.
ReplyDeleteApril- I haven't really looked into it much lately. Honestly, we've been really blessed that it's worked out better than I thought it would.
ReplyDeleteJake- not quite hours..... actually it was fast once she gave into the idea of taking pictures. that was the hard part. After that it was pretty easy. :)
