Spaghetti with Braised Kale

Kale?! Yes please! This has quickly become my favorite dish right now. My mom found a recipe that actually makes kale taste good! And I have been craving it so much lately....  The health benefits make it even better! fiber, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, cardiovascular support, vitamin K, A and C. I wonder if maybe all the  Parmesan cheese I load it with cancels out all the healthiness of the kale.... hehe

I sometimes forget that you actually take the pictures that go with your posts and then I wonder "really was the kale THAT good that it deserved a blog post?" and then I have to remember that the pictures aren't just ones you found online somewhere. :) Nice work. Especially like the bowl/fork one.

  2. Thank you, Jake! Yes, the kale was THAT good! hahah! Good enough and pretty enough to photograph. I don't just take pictures of everything I eat, although it is tempting... :)
